I'll give out the rules and methodology of the movie rankings tomorrow, but I'll give out that I didn't include any documentaries. As far as those go, my favorites (off the top of my head) are Roger and Me, Bowling for Columbine, Startup.Com (if you've never seen this one, go find it!), The King of Kong, and Street Fight. The links are to the trailers for the films, which is something I'll continue in my rankings. As a bonus, here's a classic comedy scene from a movie that did not make the Top 100:
